Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading engineering company in their search for Mechanical Assemblers to work in their leading facility in Telford.
For the successful Mechanical Assembler our client is offering:
- Starting rates range from £13.55 to £14.75 per hour - This will depend on experience
- Working Monday to Thursday - 40 hours per week - The company are flexible with start / finish times as long as the 40 hours are completed
- Temporary to Permanent position within a well-established engineering business
- Progression opportunities
- Free parking
The Role - Mechanical Assembler:
- Assembling a variety of equipment from start to finish
- Working from engineering drawings
- Use of hand/power tools to assemble products
- Working within a team to build equipment
- This role is solely Workshop based, with no travel involved
- Use of machinery within the workshop
What our client is looking for in a Mechanical Assembler;
- Mechanical Fitting/Assembly experience - ESSENTIAL
- C&G qualification in Engineering or apprentice trained - ADVANTAGEOUS
- Ability to read from drawings is ESSENTIAL
- Someone mechanically minded, good with hand and power tools
