Sure Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join a well-established fresh produce company in the Yorkshire region. This company is a key player in the agricultural sector, specializing in the growing, harvesting, and distribution of high-quality fresh produce to major retailers across the UK.
Location: Hull, HU15 Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (may be required to work on Saturdays)
Job Role: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of workers, and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading and supervising a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Monitoring production levels and ensuring targets are met

Providing training and support to staff members

Maintaining health & safety and hygiene standards

Communicating effectively with management and reporting any issues or improvements

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production or agricultural environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

A proactive and problem-solving mindset

Flexibility to work additional hours when required
