Full Time Role
Adecco UK Ltd are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to work in a Business to Business environment providing support to customers through the whole order life cycle from order to delivery.
Main Duties
- Maintaining and managing your own customer base
-Maintain customer satisfaction by supplying problem-solving resources
-Proactively manage customer orders in a correct and timely manner
-Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service through effective communications
-To collaborate with the team and business on daily and continuous improvements
-Complete Daily Routine and ensure any deadlines set are completed on time
-Dealing with Disputes
-Invoice queries
-Raising customer returns
