Several Customer Care Advisors/Internal Account Managers are immediately requiredto join a leading company that is part of a global group based in East Yorkshire.
This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.Working as part of a small, and expanding customer service and internal account management function, duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of customers
- Sales order processing
- Pricing and quotations
- Dealing with invoice and product queries
- Producing various reports on accounts
- Liaising with customers, field account managers and procurement
- Experience in a similar customer facing role is required, along with the ability to cope in a fast-paced environment. You must becompetent in using Microsoft office programs, good communication skills and have a "can do" attitude.
