- Providing administrative support to a team of account mangers which is a primary function to the business.
- Keeping bespoke systems updated as well as spreadsheets.
- Producing documents and reports.
- Maintain the in-house price confirmation system.
- Assisting the commercial team with administration.
- Update product specifications with product substitutions.
- Answering phones, taking and giving messages.
- Arranging business meetings and lunches.
- Work with the design team to arrange for samples and couriers.
- Raise purchase orders and sales orders.
- Organised approach and excellent time management skills
- Used to working in a fast paced environment.
- Good attention to detail skills.
- Knowledge and ability using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Previous experience providing support in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
