Were looking for aTrainee Pipefitterto join a market-leading garage equipment installation company, working with some of the most prestigious automotive brands.
As a Junior Pipefitter, youll work alongside an Experienced Engineer, installing high-quality ducting, piping, and other commercial plumbing systems in motor vehicle workshops. Full training will be provided, both on and off-site, with the potential to progress to Junior Lead Engineer within23 years.
Please note:This role involves working away from home3 nights per weekat various client sites across the UK (accommodation and expenses covered).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of bespoke workshop pipework and ducting.
- Work with socket, screwed, and press fittings.
- Read and work from CAD drawings.
- Ensure all work meets health and safety standards.
- Provide support to the Lead Engineer during installations.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in pipefitting, plumbing, or a similar mechanical field (training provided).
Comfortable working away from home 3 nights per week.
Full UK driving licence.
IT literate and able to interpret CAD drawings.
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Whats On Offer:
Salary£28,000after successfully completing 3 months probation. PLUS voluntary overtime.
Annual working away bonus of up to£4,000(increases with length of service).
4-day working week(Monday to Thursday).
Travel and accommodation expenses covered.
Career progression to Junior Lead Engineer within23 years.
