*** Due to nature of the role & the industry you will be working in, you will be required to achieve Enhanced UK SC clearance ***
Day to day you'll be -
- Helping to develop concepts for Future of Combat Air System (FCAS)
- Leading or supporting technical studies to inform system requirements, architecture, concepts
- Supporting assessment of system concepts e.g., technical viability, adaptability, interoperability
- Attending/leading meetings and workshops to progress studies
- Contributing your expertise to understanding of risks, assumptions dependencies
- Attending planning and coordination meetings and reporting on your work
Experience we are looking for -
- You will be degree educated in a STEM discipline or HND/HNC with sound experience of the Engineering Lifecycle
- You will have experience of Model Based Engineering approaches and the supporting methods and toolsets
- Experience in an engineering integration environment
- You will be a good communicator at all levels of an organisation with the ability to forge partnerships with internal and external customers
It would be advantageous if you had -
- Experience of structured tool sets such as MooD and Cameo
- coordinate and manage programmes
