Our client, the UK鈥檚 market leader in providing tools, equipment, and advice to stone fabricators, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and align their Operations, Technical and Customer Service departments. The Head of Operations will be pivotal in driving efficiency, innovation and customer satisfaction through training and systems while ensuring the seamless integration of strategic goals across all operational functions.

The responsibilities of the Head of Operations include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve company objectives, ensuring alignment across all departments.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to innovate and implement solutions that enhance operational capabilities.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets for all three departments.

Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Head of Operations:

  • Experience within senior operation leadership roles, with oversight of multiple departments.
  • Experience in managing customer capital machinery projects and customer service operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of process optimisation and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools, technologies, and compliance requirements.
