As the Systems Engineering Manager, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry!
What you will be involved in:
- Interface with customers, understanding their requirements, and keeping them involved during the product development
- Influence a community of engineers
- Manage a team along with stakeholders
- Work closely with engineering leads through the integration lifecycle
Your skillset may include:
- Experience in an engineering integration environment
- Experience of Model Based Engineering approaches and the supporting methods and toolsets (Teamcenter PLM, DOORs, CAMEO, MATLAB, ANSYS)
- Experience of management responsibilities, managing teams, and senior stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
