Business Analyst

MERITUS are recruiting for a Manufacturing Business Analyst to join our client within the aerospace industry on an initial 12 month contract in Broughton. PLEASE NOTE: The role will be hybrid due to the nature of our client's business.

Business Analyst - INSIDE IR35 - 50 PER HOUR - Broughton - 12 MONTHS - SINGLE STAGE INTEVRIEW PROCESS

As a Business Analyst, you will be working as part of a Multi-Functional Team to translate the business needs into IT requirements and proactively identify opportunities for business transformation or improvement enabled by technology.

You will develop a solid understanding of the customer's existing business and business processes ideally end-to-end, the key drivers and measures of success for the business, and the short- and long-term direction of the business and related technologies.

Role requirements (skills, training and qualifications)

• Define and develop the specification documents and conduct their review with stakeholders and Product team members.

• Liaise with the Product Management teams and technical resources during product development.

• SAP

• Provide support to the Customers as a subject matter expert, conduct interface monitoring,

• missing parts demand analysis, production issue resolution and root cause analysis.

• Support the deployment of the ERP in the UK plant
