Requirements for the role:
- Ability to tailor support strategies to meet individual student needs
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Patience and a positive attitude when faced with challenges
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
What will my responsibilities be?
- Offer academic, emotional, and social support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning experience
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Assist in preparing the classroom for lessons and help manage classroom behaviour alongside teachers
