  • Identify untapped markets and convert prospects into loyal customers, contributing to the organisation's customer base growth and sales pipeline.
  • Handle incoming calls from existing commercial customers, providing advice, making changes, and ensuring coverage is accurate.
  • Conduct renewal reviews with existing customers, up-selling cover where required.
  • Create quotations for new customers.
  • Generate new leads and prospects to build a pipeline of business.
  • Engage in face-to-face and telesales to meet and exceed sales targets.
