Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders and invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and process expenses.
  • Handle petty cash, company credit cards, and cashbook reconciliations.
  • Create sales invoices and assist with VAT returns.
  • Generate weekly aged debtor and creditor reports.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and responding to supplier queries.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in accounting/finance with a strong understanding of bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in Sage 50 Accounting and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attributes: Impeccable time-management, organizational skills, and proactive mindset. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
