Our client, a prestigious Regional House Builder, based in Letchworth are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. They work on a range of developments from 2-4-unit sites through to 100+ unit sites. The Assistant Site Manager, will be responsible for all day-to-day site activities reporting into the Contracts Manager with support from other relevant professionals. The homes that tend to be built are generally at the higher end of the market, with an excellent reputation for quality and reliability, they have a strong run of work continuing over the next 3 years, all local to Letchworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing regional developer and work away from the PLC environment where they genuinely care about the product they deliver.

The Site Manager will be working on a site in Nazeing. Following completion, the next site will be confirmed. All sites will be within a 1 hour commute of Letchworth

  • Hold all relevant site certificates (CSCS / SMSTS)
