You will diagnose repairs accurately, carry out remedial work, and ensure communal areas are well-maintained through preparation and decoration tasks. Working closely with the Property Team, you will liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and uphold our Customer Services and Diversity Policies.We’re looking for someone with…- A City & Guilds and/or NVQ Level 2 in painting and decorating- Experience in simple ceramic tiling (up to 1m² patch replacement)- Experience in plastering patch repairs (ceilings, walls, plasterboards, etc.)This role may involve heavy lifting and climbing ladders.You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.We’re a social business, based in Hoddesdon and southeast Hertfordshire, helping local people by renting or selling affordable homes.
