We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Maths to join our school in Cheshunt, South East Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and shape the Maths department, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the Maths department
- Developing and implementing curriculum and assessment plans
- Providing professional development opportunities for staff
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Ensuring the department meets academic standards and targets

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A proven track record of successful teaching experience
- A relevant teaching qualification and experience in Maths education
- Strong leadership and management skills
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment
- A willingness to be an active and positive member of the school community
