English Lecturer - Broxbourne & Ware - £29.59 to £31.50 per hour

We are recruiting for a temporary English Lecturer to work at Hertford Regional College to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at our state of art facilities in Broxbourne and Ware. Part-time and Full-time working patterns are available.

About The Role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting our learners in developing their knowledge, practical skills and to deliver GCSE English at the Broxbourne Campus from September 2024, two full days, per week. As an English Lecturer you will teach inspiring lessons to maximise the progress, development, and employability of our students.

About You

Successful candidates will display a passion for teaching and enjoy interacting and engaging with students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues whilst using your own initiative. You will have a minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification or relevant Teacher Training, great interpersonal and organisation skills and be able to demonstrate previous teaching experience, delivering GCSE English, ideally with the FE sector. You will be a great team-player with that enjoys finding solutions. Experience of teaching functional skills in addition to GCSE level would be a considerable advantage. You may be looking for full time or part time hours - both will be considered.
