Music teachers teach key stage 3 and key stage 4.
MUSIC TEACHER CONTRACT DETAILS:Location: Cheshunt Position: Music teacher Type of work: KS3 KS4 Music Teacher Contract or position starting date: January 2025 Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Permanent Full time/part time: Full time ONLY Minimum rate of pay: INLINE WITH YOUR PAYSCALE Hours: 8am - 4pm, plus parents evenings MUSIC TEACHER JOB:路 The position is open to both Music ECTs and experienced Music teachers. 路 You will be joining a successful, well-structured department. 路 The Music Department boasts a range of state-of-the-art facilities including a range of instruments and music suites.
THE SUCCESSFUL MUSIC TEACHER WILL BE:路 To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students teaching and supporting all designated classes in Music. 路 To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a Teacher and Form Tutor. 路 To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with opportunities to achieve their individual potential. 路 To contribute to raising standards of student attainment. 路 To share and support the academys responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth. 路 To play a full part in the life of the academy community, to support its distinctive aims and aspirational ethos and to encourage staff and students to follow this example.
