Experience Needed:HNC or Degree Qualified (Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management) OR (Experience working for a main contractor as a Trainee/Assistant Estimator or Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Duties:

  • Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions.
  • Conducting quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
  • Collaborating with senior estimators to develop project budgets.
  • Analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure value for money.
  • Supporting the preparation of cost plans and feasibility studies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of tender documentation and correspondence.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Contributing to the preparation of cash flow forecasts and project financial reports.
