Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking estate agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients.

They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team as a Lettings Negotiator.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • At least 1 year of experience is necessary, however, 2 years would be ideal

What will your role look like?

Your objective is to increase the company’s managed and let only portfolios, maintain a high standard in customer service and the company reputation.

  • Generate new Landlord client leads
  • Conduct property valuations
  • List properties onto market with photography and instruct marketing boards
  • Update the window displays and produce marketing material
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing our available properties and highlighting key features.
  • Negotiating offers from prospective tenants with the landlords.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing professional and personalised service throughout the letting process.
  • Handle enquiries from applicants and tenants via phone, email, and in person, promptly addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Keep landlords updated on activity levels and assist with pricing
  • Deal with the referencing and Right To Rent process and keep all parties updated.
  • Assist in the preparation of tenancy agreements and relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain data on our CRM
  • Obtaining positive reviews and testimonials
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about rental trends and pricing, contributing to the development of effective marketing strategies.
  • Assist with ‘property Management’ and interim inspections if and when required.
