About the Role:You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in Business Studies and Economics to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students. With a focus on fostering critical thinking and practical understanding, you will play a pivotal role in shaping students' academic success and preparing them for the world beyond the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive lessons in Business and Economics.
- Assess, track, and report on students' progress and attainment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Inspire students to achieve their full potential and develop a passion for the subjects.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- A degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience teaching Business and/or Economics at secondary level (Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5).
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to make lessons engaging and relevant.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
