We are recruiting for a temporary Learning Support Worker to work at Hertford Regional College to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at our state of art facilities in Broxbourne, focused within our Electrical department.

About The Role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting our learners with identified learning difficulties to access the college environment and to reach their full potential, at our Broxbourne Campus from January 2025. You will help to empower learners to access the curriculum in accordance with their support plan/learning differences and needs, and liaise with other Support Workers, Learning Support Co-ordinator and Profilers and Mentors to identify areas of need or concern.

About You

Successful candidates will display a passion for and enjoy interacting and engaging with students and will be experienced in working within a Learning Support function. You will work collaboratively with colleagues whilst using your own initiative. You will have great interpersonal and organisation skills and ideally have competent ICT skills, using Microsoft Office, Excel and internal systems
