Housing & Neighbourhood AdvisorBased in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.Full-time, 37 hours per week.Six month fixed term contract.Salary: £31,658 - £35,175 per annumWe have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual with great communication, teamwork and IT skills.In this role, you’ll provide support to our service users with antisocial behaviour issues and tenancy matters. Working collaboratively with our partners, customers and colleagues, you will ensure our neighbourhoods are safe and our customers are appropriately supported. You’ll oversee all housing management processes, carry out tenancy enforcement and serve notices and look for ways we can improve our estates while maintaining up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and updating colleagues of any changes in law.We’re looking for someone with…- Experience working in a customer service or customer-facing role- Verbal and written communication skills- The ability to work independently as well as work as part of a team- A commitment to providing great customer service- Good IT skills- A full, valid driving licence and use of a carDue to the nature of the role, a DBS check will be required.We’re a social business, based in Hoddesdon and across southeast Hertfordshire, helping local people by renting or selling affordable homes.
