What Does the Role Entail?
In this role, you'll provide technical support and troubleshooting for various telephony systems, including Hosted BroadSoft, Yealink, and Polycom systems. You'll handle provisioning of new products, assist with technical sales, and manage site installations across the UK. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, combined with your strong communication skills, will be key to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Expect to split your time between remote work and being on-site 3 times a week, providing face-to-face and Teams-based support as needed.
What Skills Will You Have?
You'll bring hands-on experience with telephony systems and communication platforms to succeed in this role. You'll have a solid understanding of troubleshooting, provisioning, and system installations, with a customer-focused approach. Experience with Hosted BroadSoft, Yealink, and Polycom systems is essential, and knowledge of technical sales processes will give you a decisive advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and a willingness to travel for site installations across the UK will set you up for success.
What Is On Offer?
