We are looking for a passionate and adaptable teacher to join our Education Support Centre team. To start now or in April, working with young people in both our Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Centres in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who thrives on supporting young people who have encountered challenges within mainstream education.

You'll have the opportunity to witness these students grow, achieve educational success, and progress towards reintegrating into mainstream education when possible. With small class sizes, a high staff-to-student ratio, and a strong, supportive management team, you'll be able to make a significant difference and help students achieve rapid progress.

Our client school serves a diverse group of students, including those who are missing from education, have been permanently excluded from mainstream schools, and many of whom experience social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties (SEBD). The ideal candidate will have a practical, hands-on approach to teaching, with expertise in physical education, fitness, and outdoor activities. Experience delivering Personal Development or vocational subjects is also highly valued. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of students are crucial to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
