The successful Supply Chain Coordinator will have a strong numerical and administration skills with an advanced understanding of Excel to work in our Import Team as a Supply Chain Coordinator.
- Processing new contracts received from Commercial colleagues
- Buying foreign currency and allocating currency against supplier invoices
- Adding contracts to the system/sending order confirmations to customers and suppliers
- Planning production with the supplier
- Stock forecasting
- Work with other teams within the business to ensure a cohesive approach
- General administration and office support
To be successful in this role of Supply Chain Coordinator we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
- Has 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Has high accuracy and attention to detail (crucial)
- Somebody with an analytical mindset and strong organisational and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Has a problem-solving attitude
- Has the ability to multitask effectively and enjoys working with numbers
- Be competent in use of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
- Must have excellent Excel skills, intermediate to advanced (will be working with multiple linked spreadsheets daily)
