We are recruiting a temporary Workshop Lecturer Motor Vehicle to work at Hertford Regional College to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at our state of art facilities in Broxbourne.

About The Role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting our learners in developing their knowledge, practical skills and to deliver Motor Vehicle Workshop Level 1 & 2 on a full-time basis to full time students and apprentices at the Broxbourne Campus from August 2024. As a Motor Vehicle Workshop Lecturer you will teach inspiring lessons to maximise the progress, development and employability of our students.

About You

You may have prior experience of teaching in an education setting, that would be highly advantageous, but if you have practical experience in the workplace where you have trained and nurtured less experienced team members or apprentices - we want to hear from you too! We have successfully placed several ex-trade individuals in Lecturer positions within HRC’s Motor Vehicle department much to the benefit of the students.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues whilst using your own initiative. You will have great interpersonal and organisation skills, display a passion for teaching and enjoy interacting and engaging with students.
