Velocity is seeking experienced Class 1 drivers for a food distribution client in Broxburn.
The role involves trunking fridge trailers to various RDCs locally and regionally, with collections on the return trip.
Shifts operate on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, lasting approximately 10 hours each with various start times.
The pay rate for this position is £18 per hour, and candidates must complete a 1-hour driving assessment followed by a paid induction lasting 6-7 hours.
Applicants must have held their Class 1 licence for at least 2 years and possess a minimum of 1 year of Class 1 driving experience, with no more than 6 points for minor offences on their licence.

Velocity are recruiting for a number of experienced Class 1 drivers for their busy food distribution client in the Broxburn area.

Duties will include trunking fridge trailers to various RDC’s local and regional with a collection on the way back. Shift patters are 4 on 4 off and various start times are available. Shifts will last approximately 10hrs.

Pay rate is £18/hr.

You will be required to attend a 1 hour driving assessment followed by a paid induction which is usually 6-7 hours.

Applicant must of held their licence for at least 2 years and have at least 1 year class 1 experience. Applicants licence must have no more than 6 points for minor offences.
