Production Operative

Location: Uphall

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
Rate of Pay: £12.30 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Operative to join our team in Uphall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hands-on work and contributing to a key part of our production process.

Responsibilities:

Heavy Lifting: You will be responsible for mixing sand and concrete for brick production, which involves significant physical exertion.
Production Tasks: Reading and interpreting quantities and colours to ensure the correct production of materials.
Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet our high standards before they are dispatched.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:

Safety Gear: Safety shoes and hi-vis gear are mandatory to ensure personal safety on the job.
Driving: Due to the location of the job, candidates must be able to drive.
Physical Fitness: This role requires a good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the tasks involved.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reading quantities and colour matching is crucial for maintaining production standards.
Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
