Velocity is seeking experienced Class 1 drivers for a food distribution client in Broxburn.
The role involves trunking fridge trailers to various RDCs locally and regionally, with collections on the return trip.
Various shift patterns and start times are available, with shifts lasting approximately 12 hours, and potential nights out involved.
The pay rate is £197.96 per day, plus a £30.20 night out allowance.
Applicants must have held their licence for at least 2 years and possess a minimum of 1 year of Class 1 experience, with no more than 6 points for minor offences on their licence.

Velocity are recruiting experienced Class 1 drivers for their busy food distribution client in the Broxburn area.

Duties will include trunking fridge trailers to various RDC’s local and regional with a collection on the way back. Various shift patters and start times available and potential nights out. Shifts will last approximately 12hrs.

Pay rate is £197.96 per day and £30.20 night out allowance

You will be required to attend a paid induction before starting which will consist of a 1 hour driving assessment and then 6-7 hour classroom induction

Applicant must of held their licence for at least 2 years and have at least 1 year class 1 experience. Applicants licence must have no more than 6 points for minor offences.
