Job Overview
Our client is looking for a member of the operations team. You will work closely within a small dynamic group to support various office functions and help optimise our customer engagement and response times to promote the products and services offered by Sarco. You will be required to engage with our ISO0991 & ISO14001 integrated management system processes to meet customer and company requirements in a positive manner. Adhere to all company standards, policies and procedures including health and safety. Support the company with its objectives to continually grow and develop the company in all areas.
Duties
Raise customer purchase orders in SAGE, issuing Order Acknowledgements to customers and compiling internal Works Instruction Packs.
Assist in logistics administration duties to support the despatching of goods to customers within the UK & abroad.
Completion of internal Purchase Orders in Sage Accounts 50.
Assist with Goods In Documentation.
Reception dutites as and when required.
Ensure good housekeeping in areas of work.
Potential to assist with packing of goods and assembling boxes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in order processing or a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Sage Accounts 50.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excell.
- Self-motivated, punctual and reliable.
- Communication and interpersonal skills and working in a positive way.
