About the Role: We are looking to recruit QC Inspectors for our client, a global leader in the automotive industry, based in Bruntingthorpe.

The QC Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring all vehicles meet the high standards required by our client and their contracts. The role involves managing the quality control processes throughout the vehicle refurbishment cycle and ensuring that every vehicle passes stringent checks before moving through the stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and apply the standards for each contract, ensuring all vehicles meet these requirements.
  • Ensure vehicles progress through the refurbishment process on schedule, addressing any delays promptly.
  • Identify and report any sub-standard repairs, making informed judgments on the quality of work, both positively and negatively.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience working within strict regulations and procedures.
  • An exceptional eye for detail with a strong understanding of vehicle repair methods.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle components, including both car and commercial vehicles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technology and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
