Duties & Responsibilities
We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager to join the management team in developing the Food and Beverage offering of this multi-faceted operation.
Consisting of a casual restaurant with high footfall (daytime hours only) and an informal early evening offer , open limited evenings per week there is plenty of scope to put your mark on the business.
Your role will oversee day to day operations, ensuring service standards in this volume drive, daytime hours only, restaurant whilst supporting the wider organisation as part of the senior management team.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate a real passion for excellent quality food and drink and the ability to lead others to deliver the highest level of guest focus and customer service. This role would suit Food & Beverage, Pub or Restaurant Manager from a comparable venue or hospitality operation looking for the next step and offers a bespoke and evolving environment for personal and career development.
