The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified accountant who wants to grow professionally and play a pivotal role in the firm. Reporting directly to the Head of Practice, you will manage a variety of clients and have a direct impact on the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Head of Practice and manage client portfolios
  • Prepare and review statutory accounts
  • Handle management accounting tasks
  • Provide tax compliance work and advice
  • Onboard new clients and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage Xero, VAT, and payroll processes
  • Contribute to business development and marketing activities
  • Ensure the practice maintains high standards of service
  • Take ownership of budgets, deadlines, and team performance
  • Mentor junior staff and provide training
  • Roll up your sleeves and assist with any additional tasks as needed
