Robert Half are excited to be recruiting for a brilliant organisation. I am currently recruiting for a Operations Service Manager responsible for the operational running across 3 different sites.

You will report directly to the Regional Manager while working closely with other Operational Service Managers taking responsibility for 3 site operation teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals. Within this role you will manage the optimisation of personal and equipment.The starting salary for this role will be £41,000.The main aspects of the role are below -

  • Lead each centres operational teams ensuring priorities are aligned with organisational goals
  • Support and challenge your teams to provide best possible experience for clients
  • Manage a team of 10 based in separate sites
  • Close management of resources - People, equipment and property
  • Implement effective change and continuous improvement with support from other senior management
  • Setting site objectives with regular performance updates
  • Proactive people management ( Recruitment, performance management & development plans
  • Contribute to Short & Long term goals & aspirations of each site
  • Ability to respond to changes in client or Financial demands
  • Ensure DOH,CQC, RSOP standards and take immediate action on
  • any areas identified for improvement
  • Co Ordinate the staff scheduling process
