Job Title: Trade Counter Supervisor Location: Buckhurst Hill / Permanent positionHours: 7.30am to 5pm - Monday to Friday / every other Saturday 8am to 1pmPay: 拢30,000 - 拢31,000 per year
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Trade Counter Operative to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
路Providing highest levels of customer service and support路Proactive sales techniques路Participating within highly experienced professional team dedicated to maximising customer satisfaction through on going business development and top class service路Playing pivotal role supporting companies stock management program路Being highly instrumental in maintaining the branch health and safety controls & best practices to ensure the safety of all customers and your colleagues路Managing a team when the manager Is away from the business 路Warehouse duties - supporting the warehouse team路Supervisor experience
Skills and Qualifications:
路Your customer targets will comprise of existing customers, lapsed buyers and totally new prospects路You will be required to understand impact of product mix to secure the very best gross profit result for branch路Required to manage the stock replenishment for the branch on certain product lines路Receipting and booking in stock路Highly adaptable member of the team路Participate in stocktakes at all times
