We are working with a reputable residential new homes developer with a reputation for quality, sustainability and delivery.

They have been delivering high end new homes in the Bucks, Beds and Northants regions for many years, retaining an excellent name in bespoke residential developments.

Due to the acquisition of new schemes for 2025 and beyond, plus continued sustained growth they are now looking for a 2-3 year post grad architect with an aim to bring in-house design capability. They are looking for someone early in their career with a passion for new home design.

The Applicant:

* A client facing persona - ascertain the requirements of the developments.

* Production of respective plans/drawings using related software packages.

* Determine design workability.

* Thoughtful and innovative spatial planning/awareness.

* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

* Graduate in Architectural studies.

* An open mind and willingness to work with people harmoniously.
