  • PAYE premium: £14.63 per hour
  • Umbrella PAYE: £16.50 per hour

Holiday Entitlement: 34 daysWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm / 8 - 5pm / 7:30 - 4:30 (flex available)Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Plant & Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing plant machinery, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of plant machinery, including excavators, breakers, and other tools.
  • Ensure all plant equipment is compliant with safety and operational standards.
  • Manage plant hire processes, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant machinery usage and maintenance.
  • Support the Plant & Fleet Manager with daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in plant administration, with a strong understanding of excavators, breakers, and plant hire processes.
  • General administrative experience with a high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
