The Role:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
The Person:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Background in Customer Service
- Relevant education or training in automotive technology, engineering, or related fields is advantageous.
- Full clean UK driving license.
