What You Will Do:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring on-time delivery of scope and adherence to the project lifecycle phase exit process.
- Manage project budgets, timings, and maintain an accurate, up-to-date project dashboard.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal project meetings, maintaining project documentation and open points list.
- Identify, report, and escalate project risks in line with business processes.
- Support pre-production build phases and process equipment development to meet project requirements.
What You Will Bring:
- Previous experience in an automotive company, ideally as a 1st Tier Supplier.
- A degree or equivalent in a technical subject, coupled with relevant project management experience.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Project, and the ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- German language skills are preferred but not essential.
