**What You Will Do:**

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables, objectives, and KPIs are met, and customer requirements are satisfied.

- Utilize best practice project management techniques to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to the Project Lifecycle Phase Exit Process.

- Manage project budgets, maintaining an accurate Project Budget Worksheet with detailed budget, actual, and forecast information.

- Maintain up-to-date project timing plans, liaising with suppliers and internal resources to ensure project status visibility.

- Lead customer project meetings and visits, effectively managing customer relationships during project phases.

- Support and mentor Project Engineers when required, ensuring successful project delivery.

**What You Will Bring:**

- Proven experience within an automotive company, ideally as a 1st Tier Supplier.

- Degree or equivalent in a technically based subject.

- Relevant Project Management experience, with qualifications such as PRINCE 2 being highly desirable.

- Exceptional presentation skills, alongside the ability to work with people at all levels.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Project. German language skills are preferred but not essential.
