Legal Counsel

Position: Legal Counsel
Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Buckingham (Predominantly office-based)
Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client is seeking to hire a new Legal Counsel to join their team in the Buckingham region. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial agreements and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. Candidates with either private practice or in-house experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 1-3 years PQE.
• Candidates with either private practice or in-house experience will be considered.
• Strong experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Additional experience in employment law, franchising, or litigation would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary/Package:

• Base salary of 65,000 - 75,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus and benefits.
• Predominantly office-based role in a dynamic and growing company.
• Opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and gain exposure to different areas of law.
