Position: Test Bay Supervisor
Location: Buckingham
Hours - Mon - Friday Standard Hours
Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Test Bay Supervisor to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Buckingham
Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to secure a Test Bay Supervisor to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.
Daily Duties
- Managing a team of technicians.
- Carrying out tests on the assembled machinery.
- Assessment, repair and diagnosis of products.
- Commissioning of products.
- Strip and build duties inc wiring.
Required Experience
- Ideally will have previous experience Testing in an Automotive Manufacturing setting but not essential.
- Will have experience in diagnostics.
- More electrically bias than mechanical. (70/30).
- Will have previous Senior experience or will have the experience to step up.
