Description
- Manage and coordinate credit control functions within the department.
- Monitor and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely payment of debts.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and client disputes.
- Conduct credit checks and assess creditworthiness of potential clients.
- Prepare financial statements related to credit and collections activities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on collection activities.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts receivables.
- Adhere to and implement company policies and procedures related to credit control.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Experience as a credit controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
