Description

  • Manage and coordinate credit control functions within the department.
  • Monitor and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely payment of debts.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and client disputes.
  • Conduct credit checks and assess creditworthiness of potential clients.
  • Prepare financial statements related to credit and collections activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on collection activities.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts receivables.
  • Adhere to and implement company policies and procedures related to credit control.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Experience as a credit controller or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyse financial data.
