I'm currently working with a company that design and manufacture electronic systems to measure, record and simulate data from vehicles which is used in Motorsport and Racing. This business have been around for over 30 years and have customers in over 100 countries.
They're currently looking to hire for a Customer Support Technician to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing technical support and guidance on their complete product range. You will troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and ensure their customers receive prompt and effective support.
They're looking for someone that's got some customer service experience, this could be working in a retail store, a phone based customer service job, face to face, or from a part time role at university, they're completely open as long as you've got some customer service experience.
They're also looking for someone that's got some technical background, again they're open as to what this looks like and it could be from a degree, a role you've had in the past. As you'll be dealing with technical customers they'd like to speak to someone that will be able to understand technical products.
If you have an interest in Motorsport/Racing this is also a bonus - but not required.
This role is 5 days a week onsite from their office in Buckingham.
Salary is up to 28k
