Location: Buckingham

Contract: Full time, permanent

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5:30pm, Friday, 9am - 4:30pm

Salary: 28,000 per annum

About The Job:

As a Customer Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive the assistance they need. In this position, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering enquiries, and providing expert guidance on products and services. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to conduct product testing, ensuring the highest levels of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, emails and Microsoft Teams
  • Resolve customer issues and answer enquiries regarding products and services
  • Conduct product testing to ensure high-quality performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical and product-related issues
  • Utilise a logical troubleshooting approach to address customer concerns
  • Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technology-related industry
  • Ability to quickly understand and use technical terminology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite telephone manner
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with product testing methodologies and tools
  • Basic knowledge of electronics
  • Experience in the OEM automotive or motorsport industries, with knowledge of vehicle data analysis, testing, or race data analysis
