Electrical Maintenance Engineer

What You Will Do

  • Provide rapid technical assistance in resolving equipment and plant malfunctions, including fault-finding repairs and refurbishments.
  • Develop and refine local operating procedures to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
  • Train operators in safe equipment operation and promote up-skilling.
  • Implement planned maintenance of jigs, fixtures, plant, and other equipment to optimise production efficiency.
  • Assist in the integration of new plant and equipment into the production environment.
  • Continuously strive to eliminate and reduce waste within the manufacturing process.

What You Will Bring

  • Relevant C & G Electrical qualification plus 18th edition, engineering degree, HNC, or HND.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with PLC programming and fault finding.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects effectively.
