What You Will Do
- Provide rapid technical assistance in resolving equipment and plant malfunctions, including fault-finding repairs and refurbishments.
- Develop and refine local operating procedures to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
- Train operators in safe equipment operation and promote up-skilling.
- Implement planned maintenance of jigs, fixtures, plant, and other equipment to optimise production efficiency.
- Assist in the integration of new plant and equipment into the production environment.
- Continuously strive to eliminate and reduce waste within the manufacturing process.
What You Will Bring
- Relevant C & G Electrical qualification plus 18th edition, engineering degree, HNC, or HND.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with PLC programming and fault finding.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects effectively.
