About the role:
Weve got an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Assistant Store Manager. Find your place as a leader at Starbucks and help us build the brands future at EG On the Move.
You'll support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager, inspire and train partners to provide outstanding service, and drive store success through effective strategies. With a focus on maintaining high standards and fostering a positive work environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer and partner enjoys their Starbucks experience.

Essentials
- Minimum 1-year experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- 18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
