We are recruiting Production Operatives for a temp to perm position in Buckingham, with an immediate start available.
The role involves working with hand tools, heavy tools, and building pallets.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 07:30 to 11:30, with overtime pay starting at £14.95 for hours over 40 and £17.25 for Saturdays.
Candidates should have experience in the timber industry and manufacturing, and be able to work on their feet all day.
An attendance bonus will be provided after 12 weeks, and applicants should be fit, healthy, and proficient in English.

We are excited to be recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Buckingham. This role is temp to perm so after 12 weeks you will be taken on as a permanent member of staff!

As a Production Operative your role will include

Working with hand tools such as nail guns
Working with heavy tools
Building pallets

The hours of work for the Production Operative role will be:

Monday to Thursday 0730 - 17:00
Friday 07:30-11:30
Overtime over 40 hours are paid at £14.95
All Saturday hours are paid at £17.25
Attendance bonus also paid after 12 weeks

To be a successful Production Operative, you will

Have experience in the timber industry
Have experience in manufacturing
Be confident working with tools
Be fit and healthy
Be able to work on your feet all day
Speak and understand English
